Fuel Bowl Thermostat/Water-in-fuel sensor

1999-2003 F-E series 7.3L diesels
This connector, located on the back side of the fuel bowl contains the thermostat and water-in-fuel sensor. The thermostat controls when the heater element is energized during cold weather operations.
The connector has been know to leak through the connecter but is a rare leak. More common is the o-rings breaking down, allowing fuel to run down the back of the fuel bowl.
