Welcome to DieselOrings LLC ("dieselorings.com," "DieselOrings," "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing our website at www.dieselorings.com or placing an order with us, you agree to be bound by the following Terms and Conditions. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you, the customer, and DieselOrings LLC. 1. Merchandise Returns & Replacements

1.1 Return Policy

Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA): All returns require a pre-authorized RMA. Contact us at 970-368-4455 or sales@dieselorings.com with your name, sales order number, and reason for return to obtain an RMA.

Eligible Returns: We accept returns of non-electrical merchandise that is un-opened, in new, clean, and resellable condition. Tools are not eligible for return.
Timeframe: Returns are generally not accepted after 30 days from the date of purchase.

Shipping Fees: Non-defective returned merchandise will incur any applicable shipping fees paid by DieselOrings LLC.

Refused Orders: If an order is refused and returned without prior authorization, the customer will be responsible for return shipment costs.

Damaged Shipments: Report damaged shipments within 24 hours of delivery.

Unauthorized Returns: Merchandise returned without a pre-authorized RMA will be held for 30 days before disposal.

1.2 Warranty Returns

Manufacturer
Warranty: We offer a 1-year manufacturer warranty on all products to be free of defects. Genuine Ford/Motorcraft parts carry a 2-year warranty from Ford Motor Company.

Warranty Process: Contact us at 970-368-4455 to obtain an RMA for warranty claims. Items must be received with the RMA form included. Unidentified items or those without paperwork will be disposed of.

Replacements Only: Approved warranty claims are subject to replacement only. Shipping costs (original and return) are not covered and are the customer’s responsibility.

Disclaimer: DieselOrings LLC disclaims all implied and express warranties, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. Warranty claims are subject to manufacturer approval.

2.
Shipping

2.1 General Shipping Terms

Carriers:
We ship daily via USPS and UPS, excluding their respective holidays.
Same-Day Shipping: Orders paid by 1:00 PM Mountain Time will ship the same day.

Tracking: USPS packages include Delivery Confirmation tracking. UPS packages include a tracking number sent to the customer’s email provided at checkout.
Free Shipping: Orders over $150 (USD) qualify for free shipping via USPS or UPS (Continental US only). DieselOrings reserves the right to select the carrier for free shipping orders.

Specific Shipping Methods: Contact us to request a specific shipping method (USPS or UPS) for a surcharge, regardless of order weight or total.
Signature Required: DieselOrings LLC may require a signature for delivery to ensure safe receipt.

In-Store Pickup: Select “Pick Up in Store” at checkout to avoid shipping charges and receive directions to our location.

2.2
New Customer Shipping

Definition:
Customers are considered “new” for 30 days after their initial order.

High-Value Orders: Orders of $300 or more paid by credit card will ship to the card’s billing address with signature required.

PayPal Orders: Orders paid via PayPal with a confirmed shipping address may ship to an alternate address separate from the billing address. Select PayPal at checkout.

Orders Under $1000: Orders paid via Shopify Shop Pay or PayPal with a confirmed address under $1000 will not require a signature.

Orders Over $1000: Orders paid via credit card over $1000 will require a signature.

Delivery Discrepancies

Lost
or Non-Delivered Packages: Report delivery discrepancies within 7 days of the USPS or UPS tracking indicating delivery.

Carrier Delays: DieselOrings LLC is not responsible for delays caused by weather, natural disasters, or other carrier-related issues. UPS shipments ineligible for Guaranteed Service Refunds and USPS shipments with missed estimated delivery dates are not eligible for refunds.

Recommendation: For faster delivery, we recommend UPS, as USPS may misroute packages, causing delays of up to 21 days.

Prohibited Shipping: We do not ship UPS packages to USPS Post Offices.

2.4
Expedited Shipping

Carrier
Delays: DieselOrings LLC is not responsible for delays or lateness on expedited shipping (e.g., overnight, next-day, or two-/three-day delivery). Contact the shipping carrier for their refund policies.

3.
Custom and Out-of-Stock Items

Custom
Orders: DieselOrings LLC reserves the right to provide refunds for complex or sensitive custom orders to ensure shopper privacy and order accuracy.

Out-of-Stock Items: We reserve the right to refund orders for items listed as out of stock.

4.
Pricing and Order Acceptance

Currency:
All transactions are in USD.

Pricing Changes: Prices are subject to change without notice. Pricing and availability are confirmed upon order placement.

Order Acceptance: Submitting an electronic order form or completing the checkout process constitutes an offer to purchase, which, if accepted by DieselOrings LLC, forms a binding contract. Completing the checkout process does not guarantee order acceptance.
5. Customer Responsibility

Order Accuracy: Customers are responsible for verifying the accuracy of ordered parts, cross-referencing packing slips with received items, and ensuring proper fitment for their vehicle.

Missing Items: Customers must notify DieselOrings of any missing items in an order within 7 days of delivery. Contact us at 970-368-4455 or sales@dieselorings.com to report missing items.


Incorrect Installation: DieselOrings LLC is not liable for loss or damage resulting from incorrect installation or use of incorrect parts. DieselOrings LLC disclaims all implied or expressed responsibility and makes no guarantee of fitness for a specific application.

Agreement Acceptance

using www.dieselorings.com, placing a phone order, or accepting these terms at checkout, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. These terms are non-negotiable and legally binding.
