Refund policy

We will not accept any returns without a pre-authorized RMA. Please call us at 970-368-4455 or e-mail us at sales@dieselorings.com with your name, sales order number and reason for return for a RMA authorization. We accept returned non-electrical merchandise that is un-opened and in new, clean and resellable condition. We do not accept returns on tools. Non-defective returned merchandise will be accessed up to a 20% restocking fee plus any applicable shipping fees paid by DieselOrings We normally can not accept returns older than 30 days.  We do not provide pre-paid return shipping labels for customer initiated returns.  If an order is refused and shipped back without shipper authorization the customer will be charged for the return shipment cost.

Damaged shipments must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.

Returned merchandise without a pre-authorized RMA will be held for 30 days before being disposed.

Core Refunds

Refunds for Core Deposits will be refunded once the return has been inspected for compliance with the manufacturer's requirements for returns. Refunds will be refunded to the customers payment method when returned within the 90 day requirement. Refunds will process normally within 24 to 48 hours of receipt.
