Core Return Policy

What is a Core?
The core is the old unit (such as an injector, pump, injector drive module, or turbo) that was replaced by the new or rebuilt item. Some of our products require the return of the old core.
How to Return the Core:
  • After installing the new or rebuilt part, place the old core back in the original shipping box with its original packing. Please drain off any fluids (e.g., oil) if possible.
  • Write the included RMA number on the outside of the package to help us easily identify it.
  • Place your return USPS/UPS/FedEx label over the original shipping label (or directly on the original box if the core part was shipped with other items) and drop it off at your shipper’s local drop location.
  • Record the tracking number of the return for your records in case there are any delivery issues with the shipper.

Condition of Returned Cores:

We do not issue credit for a core if it has been damaged in a fire, disassembled, or is in pieces (i.e., it must be in "as removed condition") to qualify for core credit.
Cores need to be returned within 30 days—please call if you need additional time for the core return.
After 30 Days:
  • If the core is returned after 30 days, a full refund of the core charge minus 10% will be issued to the customer.
  • If the core is returned after 60 days, only 50% of the core charge will be refunded.
  • We reserve the right to deny a refund or deduct up to 50% of the original core charge for core returns after 90 days.
  • We will not refund any core charges if returned after 180 days.
NOTE:
Customers are responsible for shipping costs for the return of cores.
