This is the entire Fuel Bowl Drain assembly that fits the 94.5-97 Ford 7.3L diesel. The 2 main bowl sealing Buna-N o-rings have been removed and you have the choice of Viton or Fluorosilicone o-rings to replace them.
 
If you do not have the time to rebuild your drain valve or if you are one of the unlucky few that has a damaged drain valve, this is your solution for a long lasting repair and not have to use the poor performing Buna-N o-rings that the factory valves force upon you. If your drain valve is still in great shape, we suggest that you simply purchase the Complete Fuel Bowl re-seal kit and rebuild your fuel bowl including the drain valve and replace the problematic drain valve o-rings along with the other 8 Nitrile o-rings in the fuel bowl that will also leak just like the fuel bowl.

Differences between the black Viton (A) or the Blue Fluorosilicone fuel drain o-rings sold on this page:  

Black Viton Type A The black Viton o-rings are polymerized from two monomers, vinylidene fluoride and hexafluoropropylene (Viton type A). The low temp flexibility of Viton(A) is -2deg F but will continue to perform well in our type of service at a much lower temperature (-20 F)
 
Blue Fluorosilicone The Blue Fluorosilicone elastomer is a Military Specification material that has a much wider temperature range than Viton (A) or Viton (B) and is widely used where fuel contains corrosive agents that are found in ULSD. Bio and veggie fuels. They will stay flexible in arctic conditions down to -70º F and can withstand temperatures in excess of 400 F.
