6.7L Powerstroke Fuel Injector Body Viton O-Ring Kit
The most common oil leak on the 2011-2019 6.7L Powerstroke comes from the injector body seals hardening and cracking. This allows oil to leak into the valley or drip externally.
Our kit is a premium upgrade over the standard rubber seals found in Dorman 904-275 and DTech DT671010 kits. The viton material offers excellent heat and oil resistance while being noticeably easier to install.
Kit Includes (Enough for all 8 injectors):
- 8 × Large Upper Body O-Rings: 16 mm ID × 1.5 mm CS
- 8 × Small Lower Grommets: 3 mm ID × 1.5 mm CS
- 8 x Copper Seats
- 2011–2019 Ford 6.7L Powerstroke (F-250, F-350, F-450, F-550)
