Exhaust Back Pressure Replacement Tube
99 - 03 7.3L Diesel
This stainless steel tube runs between the passenger's exhaust manifod and the EBP Sensor mounted on the front of the HPOP reservouir. WIth age the tube will plug with soot and can rust or break apart. The EBP sensor system feeds data to the PCM which effects many of the fueling tables within the PCM and should be kept in good working order to acheive your best fuel economy.
If you have any question if this is the correct EBP Tube for your truck, check the longest section of straight tube. This tube has a little over 6" straight section.
Note: The early 99 tubes had a slightly different bend pattern that is no longer manufactured (one 3" and one 4" straight section). This tube will replace the original design.
