Is your EBPV leaking oil? You may be able to rebuild your pedestal rather than having to buy an expensive new one!

The key to a sucessful EBPV rebuild is to get any signs of scratching and wear from the piston cylinder. You may want to consider taking your pedestal to a machine shop that has the proper tools to fully polish (not hone) the inside cylinder area. Don't use a brake cylinder hone as a hone will usually put more scratches in the cylinder than you started with.

Ford has used different pedestals on the 99-03 models so make sure that your pedestal looks like the one pictured here before ordering this kit.The pedestal usually has an hour-glass shape where the turbo mounts to the pedestal.

It will not fit the 94-97 pedestals.

 This kit WILL fit most all early 1999 to 2003 GTP38 wastegated turbo pedestals.

Make sure your pedestal is the correct, rebuild-able pedestal before ordering. Sorry, no returns on opened EBPV kits.

• Oil supply O-ring (2)
• Oil drain O-ring (2)
• Retaining ring
• End cover with O-ring
• Piston rod assembly
• Jam nut
• Latch end with slide lock
