Customer Service


Shipping: We ship daily using USPS and UPS methods. Orders paid by 1:00 pm Mountain Time will ship the same day. UPS and USPS Holidays are excluded. USPS packages are shipping with Delivery Confirmation tracking. UPS packages will ship with the UPS tracking number forwarded to the customers e-mail shown on the order confirmation. US Orders totaling over $150 qualify for free shipping(Just choose Free Shipping at checkout (US Postal Service or Continental US UPS). DieselOrings LLC reserves the right to determine the best way to ship using UPS or USPS on free shipping orders. If you want a specific shipping method, please call and we will can ship orders either US Postal Mail or UPS regardless of weight or order total with a shipping surcharge. DieselOrings reserves the right to ship any package with Signature Required for reasons of delivery safety. UPS shipments that incur weather delays or other natural and/or man made delays are not eligible for UPS Guaranteed Service refunds and we will not be able to issue refunds for any UPS shipments that UPS determines that are not eligible for their Guaranteed Service Refund. USPS will give customers and estimated delivery time but the Post Office does not guarantee any delivery times. Any missed delivery dates issued by USPS or UPS are not eligible for refund. We do not pay for return USPS or UPS Shipment charges on Warranty claims. If you wish to pick your order up from our retail location simply select "Pick Up in Store" on the checkout page. This will eliminate any shipping charges and give you directions to our store. Lost or non-delivered packages: Delivery discrepancies must be reported to us within 7 days of USPS or UPS tracking showing that the package has been delivered.  We do not ship via UPS to USPS Post Offices.

If you are needing fast delivery, we strongly suggest using UPS as the Postal Service is known to mis-route packages and delay delivery up to 21 days.

New Customers* Shipping: Orders with a value of $300 or more paid directly on our site by credit card will be shipped to the Credit Card's billing address with SIGNATURE REQUIRED.  If you need the order to be shipped to a different address and your PayPal account has the shipping address as "Confirmed Shipping Address", you can use your Credit Card on PayPal's site, simply choose PayPal on the checkout page.

Orders Paid via Shopify Shop Pay or PayPal with Confirmed Address under $1000 will NOT ship with SIGNATURE REQUIRED.

Warranty: We offer a 1 year manufacturer warranty on all of our products to be free of defects. Most Genuine Ford / Motorcraft parts carry a 2 year warranty from Ford Motor Company. Shipping costs to or from the customer are not covered under warranty. Please call 970-368-4455 during business hours to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) for replacement of warranty items.
Once the warranty claim has been approved by the manufacturer, items are subject to replacement only.

*Customers are considered "New" for 30 days after placing the initial order.

Lost Items Policies

Packages presumed to be lost
An item is considered “lost” if it is never reported as “delivered,” and if 7 days have passed since the last tracking status update for domestic shipments, and 20 days for international shipments, including Canada. DieselOrings must be contacted within 30 days of the last tracking update.

Elapsed estimated delivery date
DieselOrings will consider a package “lost” if 48 hours have passed since the last estimated delivery date provided by the carrier, and no delivery or update to status has been made. DieselOrings must be contacted within 30 days of the last tracking update. 

Only part of an order was delivered
If a single order is shipped in multiple packages and any package(s) does not arrive, DieselOrings will consider the undelivered package(s) “lost.” DieselOrings must be contacted within 30 days of the last tracking update (“delivery date”). 

If a single order of multiple items is shipped in one package, but only part of the order arrived and there is no evidence of tampering, DieselOrings will not consider the package “lost.” Please reach out to DieselOrings directly to resolve the issue. 

What We Don’t Cover

Invalid address, delivery barriers, or packages marked “return to sender”
DieselOrings will not consider a package “lost” if a shipping carrier is unable to deliver a package due to an invalid or undeliverable address, an unexpected delivery barrier, or if the customer refuses a delivery. In these instances, the carrier may return the package to the us(“return to sender”) to be reused or resold. Customers should contact the us to resolve their issue. 

If the package is misplaced by the carrier while in transit back to DieselOrings, and no tracking update is issued for 7 days, DieselOrings will consider the package “lost.” A claim must be contacted within 30 days of the last tracking update. 

Input wrong address
DieselOrings will not consider a package “lost” if the customer entered the wrong address at the time of purchase. If the package has not yet shipped, customers should reach out to the retailer to remedy the incorrect address. If the package has already shipped, customers should reach out to the shipping carrier to divert the package to the correct address.

Order marked “pre-shipment” “label created” or “shipment information received” 
DieselOrings will not consider a package “lost” if it is marked “pre-shipment,” “label created,” or “shipment information received,” as these orders are still unfulfilled and the package has not yet shipped. Fulfillment delays could be due to low inventory or if the shipping carrier has yet to take custody of the package. Customers should contact the us to resolve their issue.

Orders stuck in customs
DieselOrings will not consider a package “lost” if the order is stuck in customs for any reason, including incomplete paperwork, unpaid taxes or fees, or prohibited items. Please contact your local customs agency with questions. However, if a package is a replacement order processed by DieselOrings and it is stuck in customs due to unpaid fees, DieselOrings may reimburse the cost of the customs fees at our discretion.

Delivered but missing package
DieselOrings will consider a package “stolen” if the package is marked “delivered” but the customer did not receive it.  DieselOrings must be contacted within 30 days of the “delivery date,” but no sooner than 5 days to account for the possibility that the package may be found on the premises or has been marked “delivered” prematurely by the carrier. DieselOrings will attempt to recover the package by working with the shipping carrier and is not guaranteed to be recovered.

Delivered to wrong address
DieselOrings will consider a package “stolen” if the customer provided the correct address at checkout, but the shipping carrier delivered it to the wrong address. DieselOrings must be contacted within 30 days of the “delivery date,” but no sooner than 5 days to account for the possibility that the neighbor may hand over the misdelivered package.  DieselOrings will attempt to recover the package by working with the shipping carrier and is not guaranteed to be recovered.

Damaged Items Policies

Damaged Items 
DieselOrings will consider an item “damaged” if it is unusable. DieselOrings requires evidence of the damaged item (photos, videos, etc.) as part of the claims filing process. DieselOrings must be contacted on damaged orders within 30 days of the delivery date. 

Unless the indicated otherwise, the customer does not need to return a damaged or broken item to the retailer. The customer should follow their city ordinances to dispose of any broken items (i.e. shattered glass) properly.

Miscellaneous Policies

Expedited shipping
DieselOrings does not cover shipping carrier delays or lateness on expedited shipping (e.g. overnight, next day, or two- or three-day delivery). For example: If you purchased two-day shipping and your order is delivered (undamaged) any time after the second day, DieselOring’s policy does not apply. For questions or concerns, contact the shipping carrier responsible for the delivery, as their policies may support a refund.

Custom items
DieselOrings reserves the right to provide a refund for complex or sensitive custom orders in the interest of shopper privacy and order accuracy.

Out of stock items
DieselOrings reserves the right to refund items that are listed as out of stock.
