Shipping & Delivery
We ship daily using USPS and UPS methods. Orders paid by 1:00 pm Mountain Time will ship the same day. UPS and USPS Holidays are excluded. USPS packages are shipping with Delivery Confirmation tracking. UPS packages will ship with the UPS tracking number forwarded to the customers e-mail shown on the order confirmation.US Orders totaling over $150 ship free (US Postal Service or Continental US UPS). DieselOrings LLC reserves the right to determine the best way to ship using UPS or USPS on free shipping orders. If you want a specific shipping method, please call and we will can ship orders either US Postal Mail or UPS regardless of weight or order total with a shipping surcharge.
DieselOrings reserves the right to ship any package with Signature Required for reasons of delivery safety. UPS shipments that incur weather delays or other natural and/or man made delays are not eligible for UPS Guaranteed Service refunds and we will not be able to issue refunds for any UPS shipments that UPS determines that are not eligible for their Guaranteed Service Refund.USPS will give customers and estimated delivery time but the Post Office does not guarantee any delivery times. Any missed delivery dates issued by USPS are not eligible for refund. We do not pay for return USPS or UPS Shipment charges on Warranty claims.
We do not pay for return USPS or UPS Shipment charges on Warranty claims. If you wish to pick your order up from our retail location simply select "Pick Up" on the checkout page. This will eliminate any shipping charges and give you directions to our store.
Lost or non-delivered packages: Delivery discrepancies must be reported to us within 7 days of USPS or UPS tracking showing that the package has been delivered.

If you are needing fast delivery, we strongly suggest using UPS as the Postal Service is known to mis-route packages and delay delivery up to 21days.

New Customers* Shipping: Orders with a value of $300 or more paid directly on our site by credit card will be shipped to the Credit Card's billing address with SIGNATURE REQUIRED.  If you need the order to be shipped to a different address and your PayPal account has the shipping address as "Confirmed Shipping Address", you can use your Credit Card on PayPal's site, simply choose PayPal on the checkout page.

Orders Paid via Shopify Shop Pay or PayPal with Confirmed Address under $1000 will NOT ship with SIGNATURE REQUIRED.

*Customers are considered "New" for 30 days after placing the initial order.

Privacy & Security
Our site uses an order form and a contact form for customers to request information, products, and services. We collect visitor's contact information. Contact information from the order form is used to send orders and information about our company to our customers. The customer's contact information is also used to get in touch with the the customer if necessary to answer questions about orders place on our site.
There is no user-financial data stored on our server. All financial transactions and customer information entry is done throughour SSL Secure Servers (HTTPS://).

Returns & Replacements
We will not accept any returns without a pre-authorized RMA. Please call us at 970-368-4455 or e-mail us at with your name, sales order number and reason for return for a RMA authorization. We accept returned non-electrical merchandise that is un-opened and in new, clean and resellable condition. We do not accept returns on tools. Non-defective returned merchandise will be accessed up to a 20% restocking fee plus any applicable shipping fees paid by DieselOrings We normally can not accept returns older than 30 days. If an order is refused and shipped back without shipper authorization the customer will be charged for the return shipment cost. 
Damaged shipments must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.
Returned merchandise without a pre-authorized RMA will be held for 30 days before being disposed.
Core Refunds
Refunds for Core Deposits will be refunded once the return has been inspected for compliance with the manufacturer's requirements for returns. Refunds will be refunded to the customers payment method when returned within the 90 day requirement. Refunds will process normally within 24 to 48 hours of receipt.
For accuracy in entering e-mail address and shipping addresses, we encourage our customers to order using the ordering page on this site but we do accept telephone orders. We can not guarantee packages that are not delivered to your correct address when ordering by telephone due to possible misunderstanding of the address given to us over the telephone.
We apologize if an item that is shipped on a phone order is different than what was expected. Since we do not know exactly what a customer is looking for, we may identify the requested part incorrectly and therefore encourage orders be placed on our website through our checkout system. Since we cannot accept responsibility for incorrect parts on phone orders, correct parts will be shipped as a new order. We will accept returns on unwanted items according to our return policy.
Order Cancellations
Once an order is placed and payment has been accepted, orders can not be cancelled. Received orders can be returned per our Return & Replacement policy.
Payment, Pricing & Promotions
Pricing of products offered by DieselOrings LLC are subject to change at any time.
When promotional pricing and offers are made they will be subject to inventory in stock at the time of the offer.
Payment methods are Bank Issued Credit Cards (VISA, MasterCard, or Discover) along with PayPal.
We do not accept gift (store pre-paid) credit cards directly entered using our Credit Card Payment Method. If you would like to use a pre-paid or gift card or American Express, we suggest using the PayPal Payment Method since under most circumstances PayPal will accept your card on their site.
Viewing Orders
To view a previous order and its status, you may log on and view the "My Account" link on the top of any page.
Updating Account Information
To update your account information such as billing or shipping address, simply log on to with your login and password or use the "Sign in with Shop" popup. Information will remain secure and not shared or sold to any third party.
We offer a 1 year manufacturer warranty on all of our products to be free of defects. Most Genuine Ford / Motorcraft parts carry a 2 year warranty from Ford Motor Company. Shipping costs to or from the customer are not covered under warranty. Please call 970-368-4455 during business hours to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) for replacement of warranty items.
Once the warranty claim has been approved by the manufacturer, items are subject to replacement only.


In no event shall be liable for any direct, indirect, punitive, incidental, special, consequential damages, or any damages whatsoever arising out of or connected with the use or misuse of aftermarket products sold on this website and installed by buyer or buyer's agents. Should the product prove defective following purchase, the buyer and not assumes the entire cost of all necessary servicing or repair. Discrepancies in received items must be reported to our sales team within 30 days of placing the order. shall only have the obligation to replace or refund defective products upon return for inspection. Buyer assumes all risks and liability from use of products sold on this site.
