External Thread Restorer FIle
Tool to straighten and restore external threads. Bolts, studs and especially useful when repairing the leaks on the dispstick tube adapter (using the #16 thread size).
Includes SAE thread sizes: 11, 12, 13, 14, 16, 18, 20 and 24.
Simply overtap several good threads with the file and file the damaged ones.
During use, the partial "corner teeth" or burrs will fall off. This self-cleaning process results in a long-lasting, fast-cutting thread file.
