Hello, this is guzzle and welcome to my little webshop.

Many of you already know me as I spend some time on the FTE (Ford Truck Enthusiasts ) website and am known as guzzle92 (guzz or guzzle for short). I also am a member on The Diesel Stop (guzzle02), Powerstroke Nation (guzzle) and Powerstroke.org (guzzle).  I have to admit that I spend too much time on these sites lurking and reading posts.

Others may know me from my Mods and Maintenance web pages that were created from my own (and now additions from others) experiences featuring walk-throughs with lots of pictures on how we perform maintenance, modifications and repairs to the Ford Powerstroke 7.3L Diesel truck.

I started this webshop in 2007 because I felt that many of the o-rings that were needed for simple repairs were either not available from the dealers or just simply overpriced. I also found that many of the dealer parts made for Ford were still offered as inferior Buna-N compounds. I knew for a fact that if an o-ring needed to be replaced on a sensor or part of the fuel system with today's ULSD and oils, it needed to be Viton. It was also apparent that o-rings could be found at some local shops and stores, but many of the counter clerks could not say for sure if the o-ring was Viton or plain Buna or Buna-N (yes there is a BIG difference). Even more difficulty was encountered if your were located in rural America with limited shopping resources.

Remembering when I first started working on PSD's, I ran all over town looking for an o-ring that would fit. Six moths later, I had to replace it because it started leaking again... don't know if it was the wrong size or the wrong material but I burned up 3 gallons of diesel trying to find the right one.

My wish was to offer truck enthusiasts a one-stop shop to get what they needed, the right part at the right price to fix the leaks on their trucks. If you have a leak, you need the part now so I wanted to be able to get the stuff to them FAST and not have the orders sit on a counter for a day or two. Have you ever gone to a website and saw where they posted that they shipped three times a week!? I have. I know that customer service is important so I get to the Post Office everyday by the 4pm cutoff to assure that every order I receive before 3:00 is shipped. 

So my quest began.

Starting with a few fuel drain o-rings, I began to expand the site offering competing kits with Ford for the HPOP and going a few steps further with adding o-rings and kits that Ford does not even offer. I continue to expand the product list as we speak with offerings for fuel pressure test port adapters and Schrader valves (FUEL rated, not air or refrigeration!) and still looking for suggestions from customers and visitors to my web blog (forum) for other items.

Expanding further with a Turbo re-mounting kit, I have heard that some owners of the GTP38 Garrett turbo have sadly pinched the main compressor housing o-ring during re-assembly after changing the compressor wheel. This o-ring is impossible to find locally ANYWHERE and usually can only be acquired by purchasing a complete turbo rebuild kit for over $100. So i spent weeks trying to track down a wholesale supplier that could supply the Garrett o-ring by itself and I now offer this o-ring as part of the re-mounting kit at a more reasonable price than I have seen anywhere.

This has turned into a very enjoyable sideline with my retirement, albeit not hardly profitable.

I've been around for a while and as long as the Lord permits, I'm not going anywhere so check me out on the forums listed up at the top and you can buy with confidence that I will treat you right.
